Important Information about Windows 11 for Pro Remote Deposit users

To prevent any Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) interruptions, we recommend not upgrading to Windows 11 since RDC has not yet been certified for use with Windows 11 at this time. Users that have migrated to Windows 11 may experience interruptions in check scanning functionality within the RDC application. Microsoft has advised that there is a limited time where users can move back to Windows 10 while keeping files and data intact. More information on this topic can be found on Microsoft’s support site here. We will inform you once Windows 11 has been certified for use.
